We mediate in the sale of a spacious 3-room apartment on Grajska street in Bled, with a beautiful view from the balcony of the nearby mountains. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and is oriented to the northwest. Upon arrival to the apartment, there is a hallway, from which you enter the bathroom and the kitchen with dining room on the left, and on the right we have two large rooms (bedroom – living area).
The apartment has just been partially renovated, only the furniture is needed for moving in.
The apartment is located in an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the lake and right next to the road leading to Bled Castle. All other infrastructure (shops, post office…) is only a few minutes away.
Connections and costs:
The apartment has connections for electricity, water, sewage and optics. Heating is currently provided by electric radiators and a wood stove. There is also a gas connection at the entrance to the apartment. The average monthly costs (winter/summer) are approx. 180 euros per month.
Parking is possible in front of the building, where there is a free parking lot (the land is owned by the Municipality of Radovljica, which currently does not charge a parking fee).
The condition of the seller is that the buyer undertakes to pay sales tax in the amount of 2%. You can move in immediately!
INVESTORS: the apartment can be converted into two smaller apartments that can be rented out on the Booking and Airbnb portals on a short-term basis, as the current owner has collected approvals for this type of rental!
