A family house is available in the Ljubljana suburbs, in Črna vas.

The house is located in a green environment, with a spacious unobstructed view of the greenery, under the protection of Natura 2000 and an open view of Krim and the surrounding hills.

The building measures 161.7 m2 of net area, with a balcony of 2.7 m2 and is architecturally designed on three floors, with an emphasis on the quality of living. This is reflected in the sensible layout of the rooms, the placement of windows with open views and built-in materials that find quality in classic construction, such as brick, wood, gable roof with a wooden sharper and air bridge and more.
