The building has only 3 owners, all of whom are very committed to the overall orderliness, which is already visible in the corridor upon entering the building. The subject of sale – attic, is in an unfinished state.
Currently, the seller is in the final phase of obtaining a building permit (expected acquisition: end of 2022), which will enable the conversion of the attic. In addition to the apartment measuring 165 m2, the buyer would also get a balcony (8 m2) and the possibility of a terrace measuring approx. 21 m2, it is also possible to build skylights or brooms. Project documentation will be available to anyone who shows interest in purchasing. The utility contribution is the cost of the new owner.
