FIVE HOLIDAY HOMES ON CRES ISLAND
Bankruptcy trustee Rudolf Hramec will sell the first 5 of 38 holiday homes in the settlement of Stara Gavza on the island of Cres at online auctions, which will take place on November 24 from 1 pm to 5 pm. Calling prices range from 63,734 to 90,020 euros. All houses are located primarily from the sea and were renovated in 2007. Three houses have three, one two and the last one four beds, and their area ranges from 33 to 46 square meters.

TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT IN LJUBLJANA
The starting price of a two-bedroom apartment measuring a total of 64.3 square meters on Dolenjska cesta in Ljubljana was 115,342 euros, and it will be on sale for 57,671 euros at an online auction, which will take place on November 5 between 9 am and 10 am. The apartment is on the first floor of a block, located 3.3 kilometers from the city center and was built in 1968.

APARTMENTS IN THE CENTER OF LJUBLJANA
On November 18 at 10 am, the District Court in Ljubljana will sell two apartments in the old city center of Ljubljana at an e-auction. The first apartment measures 126.3 square meters, has two bedrooms, a large living room with a partially separate kitchen and pantry, two bathrooms and a hallway. The apartment overlooks Mestni trg on one side and Ključavničarska ulica on the other. The second property is a studio of 31.9 square meters, consisting of a living room with kitchenette and bathroom. The studio also overlooks Ključavničarska Street. The apartments will be sold together at an estimated market value of 393,000 euros.

APARTMENT IN THE CENTER OF LJUBLJANA
At an online auction on 11 November between 11 am and 11.30 am, a two-room attic apartment on Jurčičev trg in the immediate vicinity of Šuštarski bridge will be sold at an estimated market value of 138,183 euros. The apartment measures a total of 103.6 square meters and comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms.

BUSINESS PREMISES IN LJUBLJANA
At an e-auction, which will take place on November 5th at 1pm, the DUTB will sell business premises on the fifth and sixth floors of Delo’s business tower (also known as Črna vdova), located on Dunajska cesta 5, which are already occupied with tenants. The price will be EUR 1.25 million.

TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT IN POVŠETOVA
At the first e-auction, which will take place on November 15 at 10 am, the District Court in Ljubljana will sell a two-bedroom apartment located in the immediate vicinity of the park and Kodeljevo Castle at a price of 101,000 euros. The apartment has a net area of 46 square meters, as well as a basement storage room and a glazed balcony.

THREE-APARTMENT HOUSE IN KAMNIK
For 340,000 euros, a larger house on Sončna ulica in Kamnik will be available on November 17, with a land plot measuring 1,494 square meters. The area of the house itself is 769.4 square meters of net area and consists of three separate apartments. The first apartment measures 299 square meters, the second consists of two floors and measures 104 square meters, the third 165 square meters and has another 201 square meters of unused attic. The appraisal shows that all the work is of high quality, the installed materials are of the middle and higher price range, the building is in very good condition and well maintained. The value of the property is estimated at 678,000 euros, but at the second auction the price is set at half the market value.

LAND IN THE ZELENA JAMA AREA
Slovenian Railways has extended the collection of offers for the sale of ten plots of land in Ljubljana until 9 November. The subject of the sale is land with a total area of 12,435 square meters between the railway tracks and Ob Zeleni jama Street. There are offices, workshops, warehouses and archives on the land, and the starting price is 3.5 million euros.

INVESTMENT LAND – LJUBLJANA AND KRANJ
Until 11 November, Triglav nepremičnine is collecting offers for the purchase of three investment lands in Ljubljana and Kranj. The first plot of land is being sold at a starting price of 9 million euros, is 31,000 square meters in size, and is located in BTC, right next to the Ikea store. The price of the second, 16,449 square meters of land behind the Gospodarsko razstavišče, is 8.2 million euros. In Kranj, there is 13,000 square meters of land at the entrance to the old town of Kranj. It is located along the canyon of the river Kokra, and the price is 3.9 million euros. Prices do not include tax.
